Supervisor Skills for the Modern Manager Worksop- in partnership with UGA Small Business Development Center
We are partnering with the University of Georgia Small Business Development Center to host a workshop titled 'Supervisor Skills for the Modern Manager'. The workshop will be held on Wednesday, March 20 from 8:30 AM-12:30 PM at the Jefferson County Public Library in Louisville. This program is designed to help owners and supervisory employees become better managers. Participants will be exposed to management styles, communication styles, social styles, situational awareness, time management, hiring, training and the progressive discipline process to help employees improve and reduce turnover.

**This workshop has limited space and will be limited to 15 attendees, so if you are interested in registering, please register as soon as possible. The deadline to register is March 19. The workshop will be free for any Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce Member that registers.
